Lory Sweets was born in 2013, out of a deep passion for confectionery and a sincere desire to transform taste into a memorable experience. The first desserts were prepared for family and close friends, and their appreciation was the beginning of a journey that, over time, turned into a vocation.
For almost a decade I was self-taught. I experimented with hundreds of techniques, constantly studied and created my own recipes, always looking for the perfect balance between taste, texture and aesthetics. I combined the traditional Romanian taste – creamy, well-infused and harmonious – with the elegance of modern desserts, creating cakes and pastries that impress both in flavor and presentation.
Out of the desire to constantly evolve and offer customers experiences at the highest level, I have attended several advanced courses in confectionery. An important moment in my professional career was participating in a course organized at École Ducasse in Paris, where I deepened several modern confectionery techniques and discovered new recipes, which today harmoniously complement the creations of Lory Sweets.
At Lory Sweets, each dessert is handmade, from scratch, in an artisanal style, with meticulous attention to every detail.
I use natural, high-quality, carefully selected ingredients, without artificial flavors or premixes.
For me, true refinement begins with the integrity of the ingredients and respect for the process.
They combine tradition with the finesse of modern techniques, creating desserts that are not only visually impressive, but also offer a balanced, authentic and memorable experience.
