The artisanal cozonacs are fluffy, aromatic and rich in filling; from the traditional Moldovan cozonac with walnuts and rahat, to special variants such as cozonac soaked in vinars syrup with walnuts, chocolate and cherries, cozonac with pistachio cream and cherries glazed with white chocolate or black cozonac with activated charcoal, coconut and Nutella insert.
I make custom-made platters of assorted cakes, artisanal cozonacs, and traditional Romanian products, prepared according to authentic and balanced recipes, where the taste of childhood meets modern finesse.
Assorted cake platters can include beloved classic desserts: Snow White, Amandine, Savarine, Eclere, Medovik, Albinuță, Snickers, Chocolate Trio, Krantz, Fanta along with many other assortments available to order, adapted according to preferences and the number of guests.
Depending on the season, they also prepare desserts for holidays such as traditional Easter, Moldavian martyrs, coliva or pies, available on pre-order basis.
